RDC is a rustic family vacation resort that was founded in 1897. We have exquisite scenery and vintage cottages nestled along the shores of Squam Lake, located at the southern edge of New Hampshire's White Mountain National Forest.
Each summer, RDC employs over 100 staff from across the country and around the world. Our food service team provides breakfast, lunch and dinner to over 450 guests and staff. The food was absolutely delicious. Not only were there options for me with EVERY meal as far as meats and veggies but they ALWAYS had a huge salad bar with all the fixings, which is always a plus.
