Please note that the RDC Board of Directors has decided to increase the stock transfer fee to $250 for each transaction, split equally $125 each between the buyer and seller. The new fee is reflected on the stock transfer procedures form found below. This decision was made in order to better align the transfer fee more closely with the actual legal costs incurred by RDC for stock transfers. Also, please note that the RDC Board has decided to waive the transfer fee for any transaction that results in a net decrease of shareholders in an effort to address RDC's ongoing stock issue.

Any shareholder engaging in an RDC stock transaction should consult their lawyer or tax adviser as to the tax implications of that transaction. Please read the following documents if you are interested in buying or selling RDC stock.

The next day we took a bag lunch to Loon Island. This trip was really special because we saw nesting eagles on Little Loon Island. We watched a loon diving for his lunch as well as hearing many birds.
